RETURN POLICY
At DigitalShopee, we offer a 7-day return policy for all of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
For a successful return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@digitalshopee.in. Our team will then send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns on sale items and gift cards are also not accepted.
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest solution is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow for processing time with your bank or credit card company for the refund to appear on your statement.
