Return and Exchange Policy
At Digital Shopee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a free return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note that after 7 days, returns or exchanges will not be possible. Additionally, only one exchange will be allowed per item. We recommend carefully choosing the correct size and color during the initial exchange.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request an exchange on our website. Please note that if you are returning multiple items, you will need to place a separate request for each item.
If you purchased multiple items as part of a combo and choose to return only one, you will receive a refund based on the individual item price, not the combo price.
For an exchange, you have the option of selecting a different product. If the replacement product is more expensive than the original item, you can pay the difference. If it's less expensive, the difference will be refunded to you in the form of store credit or to your bank account within 48-72 working hours once the parcel has been picked up from your location.
